If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, please access our return center to submit a request for a refund.
Unfortunately Arisha Clothing cannot cover the cost of return delivery; the buyer is responsible for arranging this service.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Once accepted, the return must be delivered back to Arisha Clothing within a further 14 days.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure you are notified when your parcel reaches us.
If items have been damaged or clearly worn for a purpose other than trying them on, Arisha Clothing reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Once approved, we will process the refund immediately. Depending on the method of payment, the refund may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
Please note the original delivery cost will not be refunded in the event of a return.
