Refunds & Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, please message us using the, Live Chat, Contact Page or email us directly on info@arishaclothing.co.uk

Unfortunately Arisha Clothing cannot cover the cost of return delivery; the buyer is responsible for arranging this.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service to ensure you are notified when your parcel reaches us.

If items have been damaged or clearly worn for a purpose other than trying them on, Arisha Clothing reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Once approved, we will process the refund immediately. Depending on the method of payment, the refund may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

Please note the original delivery cost will not be refunded in the event of a return.
